These are always fun and include helping out at Bike Ride events, bike trail clean-up and maintenance, and other bicycle-related events.

Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition provides bike valet at many events throughout the Tahoe Region. Dates and locations will be updated as they become available.

This level of volunteering is for an individual who is not interested in being CIT trained or providing direct services to clients. This volunteer is interested in being part of the LVF family and giving back to the community by volunteering 2-10 hours a month.

The Barton Foundation owes a debt of gratitude to the numerous volunteers who generously donate their time before, during, and after our events to help ensure we only produce the highest quality fund and fun-raising events. Provides support for all public and private events, such as providing hospitality or assisting with entertainment, or large events like the Tallac Historic Site annual Gatsby Festival, Gatsby Festival High Tea & Vintage Fashion Show, Weekly Heritage Days, and yearly Special Fundraising Events.

Assist with various projects, such as stuffing mailers and invitations, greet patients in other departments, and volunteer for events hosted by Public Relations, Barton Foundation and Barton Hospital.

No need to be a master chef! Those of all skill sets are welcome. Extra hands are needed to help plan, shop, prep, and cook for our trail workers during our summer frontcountry and backcountry trail camps. Group sizes vary but are anywhere from 15-40 people needing breakfast, dinner and snacks for three-four days.
