We are always seeking people to serve on Board Committees if they prefer to not join the Board or want to learn more about HOPe prior to making that Board commitment.

The Board supports the work of Apprentice Learning (AL) by overseeing the strategic governance of the organization, and by providing leadership, together with the Executive Director (ED), to further AL’s mission. Board commitment to, and involvement in, AL’s educational goals is critical to the organization’s success.

Board members are the fiduciaries who steer the organization towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure the nonprofit has adequate resources to advance its mission.
